    Job Description

    The General Cleaner performs cleaning services at the customer site in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.

     

    Shift: 5:00PM - 9:00PM, Monday - Friday

    Key Job Functions

    + Daily cleaning of all facility suites to include but not limited to private restrooms, conference rooms, pulling trash, vacuuming, and dusting of all offices

    + Water Fountains - Clean top, sides and bottom and dust the air vents

    + Glass Doors - Wipe and clean all glass doors (remove all fingerprints and marks)

    + Vending Areas /kitchens - pantries – Clean counter tops, tables, wipe vending machines, sweep and remove all debris and trash; Use of a Rubbermaid mop to remove all spillage. Placing wet floor signs when needed

    + Perform other job related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Some custodial experience preferred

    + Ability to work independently or as a team member

    + Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instruction

    + Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
