    Cabinet Finisher

     

    1st Shift - Mon-Thu, 5am-2:30pm, Fri, 5-9am

     

    Pay Based on Experience

     

    Temp-To-Hire Opportunity

    Duties and Responsibilities

    + Apply coatings such as stains, paints, and varnishes using a variety of methods.

    + Use air assisted spray guns to seal and topcoat products.

    + Prepare wood surfaces, ensuring they are free from imperfections.

    + Quality control and inspection to make sure all inconsistencies are touched up to ensure a flawless final product.

    + Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of various staining, painting, and other techniques to achieve the desired appearance.

    + Proficient in using hand tools for cabinet finishing.

    + High attention to detail and ability to color match to product specification.

    + Basic knowledge of calculations and measurements.

    + Ability to multitask, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while paying great attention to detail.

    + Ability to communicate effectively.

    + Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality.

    + Knowledge of various wood species and characteristics.

    + Must be able to pass background check.
