    Decker Precision Machining is currently looking for successful candidates to fill General Labor positions.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Individual must possess a positive company attitude and be dedicated to company success

    + Operate CNC machine — lathe, mill or saw

    + Check parts against print for accuracy

    + Deburr parts

    + Maintain a safe and organized production area

    + Help with any end of shift cleanup

    + Other Job duties as required

    Skills:

    + Must be self-motivated

    + Will train on the use of measuring tools of the trade (indicator, micrometer, calipers, tape measure, and basic toolset)

    + Ability to read blueprints is a plus

    + Ability to work as a team and individually as needed

    + Ability to use small hand tools to operating power tools

    + Basic math skills

    + Basic warehouse skills

    Hours:

    + First Shift work 5:30AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday (this is overtime schedule)

    + Overtime is available on an as needed basis (currently on overtime hours)

    + Second Shift work 2:20PM-1:30 AM Monday-Thursday (this is overtime schedule)

Decker currently runs 20 CNC lathes, and 15 CNC milling centers and employs 48 employees to cover around-the-clock operations. Decker' facility is a 48,000 sq. feet, air-conditioned building that has on-site warehousing and a state-of-the-art Quality Department.
