Job Summary:

If you love turning chaos into clarity, keeping complex operations humming, and making sure the right people have the right tools at the right time, this role is calling your name. As a Maintenance Planner at Centrus Energy, you'll be the behind-the-scenes maestro who keeps our equipment running, our schedules aligned, and our maintenance teams operating like a well-oiled machine. You'll blend technical savvy with big-picture planning-coordinating craft, engineering, operations, and scheduling teams to ensure maintenance work is safe, efficient, and flawlessly executed. Every plan you build helps power America's clean-energy future.

What You Will Do:

You'll manage and support our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), creating and updating preventive maintenance tasks, surveillances, and asset records. You'll research work orders, perform walkdowns, and develop detailed work packages containing materials lists, instructions, permits, and supporting documentation. You'll identify and procure replacement parts, build resource-loaded maintenance schedules, and coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, Work Week Schedulers, and Production Support to keep activities synchronized. You'll also help track maintenance KPIs, assist with procedure development, and contribute to safe, compliant, and efficient work execution across the site.

We'd love to hear from People With:

+ An Associate of Science in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent technical experience (with a high school diploma or GED)

+ 3+ years of maintenance-related experience in an industrial or military environment within the past eight years

+ The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance.

A Successful Candidate Brings:

+ An active "Q" clearance.

This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. Candidates for positions requiring a security clearance are required to be tested for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4 prior to an offer of employment being made. In addition, once employe, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
