    + What You’ll Do as a Retail Route Merchandiser:

    + Load, deliver, and merchandise a variety of products such as soft drinks, non-carbonated beverages, coffee products, cups, condiments, snacks, fresh food, and sundries to customer locations contracted by Five Star.

    + Restock and maintain vending/micro market equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and perform regular inventory checks.

    + Collect cash/coins from vending locations and markets, rotate stock to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) product utilization in coolers, on shelves, coffee racks, and in vending machines.

    + Assist management with customer communication regarding new products, services, and promotions.

    + Set up merchandise displays and promotional materials to drive sales and engagement.

    + Execute company plan-o-grams and promotional campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction.

    + General Requirements:

    + Must be able to lift 50lbs+ repetitively and frequently reach, bend, and stoop.

    + Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement) and possess a valid driver’s license.

    + Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.

    + Must be able to consent to a drug screening.

    + Ability to adhere to workplace safety policies and guidelines.
