    Starting hourly rate range : $19.05 - 29.95 Per hour

     

    Please note that hourly rates for this position are based on type of degree and expected date of graduation.

    Intern, Market Analyst (Automotive)

     

    This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11, 2026, until August 28, 2026.

    Job Summary

    The Intern, Market Analyst is responsible for supporting the Automotive team in enhancing overall efficiency. Key responsibilities include organizing and refining processes, analyzing data to identify trends and using Power Business Intelligence (BI) to create optimized dashboards. The internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects within the organization.

    Main Responsibilities

    + Develop a Power BI solution that consolidates rail data with all non-line haul components, including associated costs, rates, and industry forecasts, into a single, centralized dashboard

    + Help organize and refine processes for better clarity and efficiency

    + Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive decision-making

    + Assist in transforming important contract details into digital formats for easier access and management

    + Support the enhancement of dashboards to improve data visualization and reporting

    Requirements

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    + Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms

    + Interest in processes, workflows and data management

    + Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Education

    + Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Technology, Computer Science)
