    Responsibilities

    Manage electronic medical record systems, practice management systems and supporting

     

    processes/resources.

     

    + Manage, maintain, and optimize clinical and practice management systems. Evaluate processes,formulate systems and application design. Develop and implement system projects.

    + Serve as a point of contact with stakeholders to ensure compliance with established standards and in the escalation of issues.

    + Lead and direct transformation team members including transformation specialists, health informationmanagement and others in support of associates and providers who utilize electronic health records and practice management systems.

    + Partner with stakeholders in the implementation of workflows, policies, procedures and guidelines that facilitate the achievement of revenue cycle and clinical quality metrics.

    + Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

    Requirements

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

     

    Additional Preferences

     

    High School Diploma required

    Preferred Bachelor's Degree

    3 - 5 years experience working in an EMR

    3 - 5 years experience with ambulatory office workflows to be replicated and built in an EMR
