    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

    + Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
