    **Position:** CNC Machine Operator

    **Location:** Travelers Rest, SC

    **Pay Rate:** $22.00

    **Shift:** Day Shift (06:00 AM – 04:30 PM)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and program CNC machines. This role requires a solid understanding of machining techniques and methods, with a focus on precision and quality. Candidates with experience programming Multus, Doosan, and LB4000 machines are highly desired.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Read and interpret customer orders, blueprints, and specifications.

    + Prepare and secure raw materials, fixtures, punches, tools, and gauges for each job.

    + Set up and operate CNC machines, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.

    + Edit CNC programs as needed.

    + Conduct inspections using visual, optical, micrometer, vernier, and indicator measurements.

    + Process parts, including creating samples, as required.

    + Utilize a variety of hand and power tools.

    + Maintain accurate records of processes, materials, and results.

    + Ensure tools and machines are kept clean and in proper working condition.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience programming Multus, Doosan, and LB4000 machines preferred.

    + Strong understanding of CNC operations and machining methods.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

    + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

    + Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.

    Work Environment:

    + Day shift in a manufacturing setting.

    + Hands-on work with CNC machinery and tools.
