Our client, a leader in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager - M365 Copilot (Richmond, Addison, Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a Product Manager - M365 Copilot (Richmond, Addison, Charlotte), you will be an integral part of the Product Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Define and communicate the vision and strategic roadmap for productivity products within the CAP portfolio.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to prioritize features and epics based on customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
+ Support financial management and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and portfolio goals.
+ Facilitate continuous improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and industry best practices.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and maximum value realization from automation services and productivity tools.
What's Needed?
+ 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
+ Proven expertise in managing large and complex product rollouts with excellent communication skills.
+ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA and SDLC processes.
+ Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power Platforms) and experience with GraphAPI.
+ Ability to analyze data, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve end-user issues effectively.
