**Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team.** As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Support department supporting end users and executive-level staff. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$30.04 – $39.32 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Configure, install, and test hardware components, including deployment and replacement of devices
+ Manage hardware and software service-related issues to prevent escalation
+ Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to update, maintain, and resolve technical requests
+ Reimage PCs, back up and restore user data, and validate software functionality
+ Document service events and troubleshooting steps accurately in work orders and tickets
What’s Needed?
+ 3–5 years of experience in software/hardware support, including server and Cisco technologies
+ Proficiency troubleshooting MS Office applications, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS
+ Experience with VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, antivirus tools, and incident/request management
+ Ability to reimage devices, recover data, and provide onsite and remote support
+ Strong customer communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
