**Our client is seeking a IT Support Specialist to join their team.** As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the end-user computing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer communication skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** IT Support Specialist
**Location:** San Antonio, TX (Remote work not required; onsite support)
**Pay Range:** $28.53 – $37.35/hr
What’s the Job?
+ Provide software and hardware support to end-users, including servers, Cisco technologies, and Windows-based systems.
+ Troubleshoot and support MS Office Suite applications, including Teams and Outlook.
+ Administer Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications such as VDI, patch management, encryption, antivirus, and incident/request management.
+ Backup, recover, and reimage user devices both remotely and onsite.
+ Document service events accurately in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
What’s Needed?
+ 3–5 years of experience providing professional software/hardware support.
+ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems (preferred).
+ Strong customer service and communication skills.
+ Knowledge of two-factor authentication and endpoint security.
+ Ability to work independently in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
