Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift

**Location:** Shirley, NY

**Pay Range:** $20 - $23.75

**Shift:** Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), Monday through Friday

**Duration:** Temp-to-hire

What's the Job?

+ Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, and inventory management

+ Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations

+ Assign, prioritize, and oversee work duties to meet operational schedules

+ Monitor and document workplace incidents, ensuring safety protocols are followed

+ Support inbound and outbound logistics tasks, including system checks and order releases

What's Needed?

+ **Minimum of two years experience in a shipping and receiving role within manufacturing or logistics**

+ **Minimum of two years experience as Forklift Operator**

+ **Supervisory experience is a plus**

+ Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

+ Knowledge of health & safety requirements and safety equipment use
