    Asset Management & Leasing Specialist

    Position Profile

    Responsible for evaluating and processing maintenance requests submitted to RFS. Ensures the integrity of the internal lease deck by auditing customer lease agreements, monitoring InfoLease reports, and updating InfoLease as needed. Provides guidance to non-FSB users on internal lease policies and collaborates with Sales, Customer Administration, and Accounting to initiate or resolve customer billing issues.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    + Assist the Manager in setting department goals.

    + Monitor daily work volume and adjust as necessary to meet turnaround times.

    + Support team members in resolving order/lease billing issues and answering process or policy questions.

    + Assist with new employee training and ongoing education related to system or process changes.

    + Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.

    + Review and audit customer paperwork, lease agreements, and related documents.

    + Audit requests to modify lease billing to ensure proper documentation.

    + Modify internal lease billing in InfoLease based on signed customer documents.

    + Review customer credit requests to confirm proper approvals per O-15 policy.

    + Provide internal lease support for billing-related inquiries.

    + Serve as a resource for IT regarding internal lease testing and updates.

    + Facilitate conference calls with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues.

    + Maintain monthly internal lease reports.

    + Work directly with Sales on refinance opportunities.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

    + 5–7 years of experience in business processes, leasing, or customer service-related training.

    + Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to listen attentively and express ideas clearly.

    + Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.

    + Strong analytical skills.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    + Advanced Excel skills required.

    + Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally across departments.

    + Knowledge of leasing principles and basic accounting concepts.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Comprehensive understanding of leasing and lessor relationships.

    Working Conditions and Physical Demands

    + Primarily office-based with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.

    + Work assignments are varied; new solutions are often developed to resolve issues.

    + Frequent workload and deadlines may create routine stress.

    + Minimal physical effort required; work is mostly sedentary but may involve walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects under 10 lbs (e.g., papers, files).

    + Requires moderate dexterity and regular use of basic tools (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
