Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a **Maintenance Technician** and play a key role in keeping our refrigerated warehouse running smoothly! In this position, you’ll handle installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, tools, and utility systems. What You’ll Do:

+ Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using precision tools and testing instruments.

+ Maintain refrigeration systems and ensure a safe, clean work environment.

+ Collaborate with multiple departments to support facility operations.

What We’re Looking For:

+ High school diploma and 3–5 years of maintenance experience in warehouse/distribution.

+ Knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems, and ability to read schematics.

+ RETA Industrial Refrigeration Operator One certification (or willingness to obtain).

+ Ability to work in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
