    Job Title: Maintenance Manager and Caretaker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager and Caretaker to manage and maintain our property in Montana. This role requires living onsite and involves taking care of landscaping, electrical, mechanical, and various other maintenance tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform welding tasks as needed.

    + Manage inventory effectively.

    + Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, front end loaders, and cranes.

    + Ensure the property is maintained through all seasons.

    + Perform preventive maintenance tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + 4+ years of experience in ranching, property management, maintenance work, or construction.

    + Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.

    + Basic welding experience.

    + Strong inventory management skills.

    + Ability to lift heavy jobsite materials for extended periods.

    + Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.

    + Reliable transportation and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of tools and materials.

    + Excellent communication skills.
