    Job Title: Assistant Production Supervisor

    Job Description

    The Assistant Production Supervisor is expected to uphold quality work standards and adhere to company policies, guiding principles, and standard procedures within the scope of the law. The role requires effective interpersonal communication, teamwork, and positive customer relation skills. The candidate must work effectively with others and follow directions from the supervisor. Compliance with all safety requirements, including knowledge of safety rules and evacuation procedures, is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Create and maintain Production Orders in the P21/KBS system.

    + Print and prioritize Production Orders for Assembly based on due date.

    + Receive Production Orders in P21 for shipping completed jobs.

    + Execute the return to stock process on any required jobs.

    + Assist with creating, scheduling, and maintaining work orders for Assembly, Machining, and Honing operations.

    + Be proficient with the P21 system for all Production Department processes.

    + Assist with the collection and posting of all Departmental productivity measurements.

    + Create and maintain work cycles and standard time in KBS.

    + Use the CRP Report to develop a production schedule and plan order releases.

    + Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and production operations.

    + Experience with machine operation and hand tools.

    + Ability to manage inventory and interpret blueprints.

    + Skill in machine operating and forklift operation.

    + Ability to perform picking, packing, and loading tasks.

    + Experience with RF scanner operations.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Red Wing, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $56000.00/yr.
