Job Title:** **Material Handler

Pay:** Competitive hourly rate **with weekly pay

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled **Material Handler** to join our team! In this role, you’ll accurately pick, pack, and stage products according to daily production schedules using a **stand-up reach truck** . You’ll ensure safe and efficient material handling while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

+ Operate stand-up reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move, pick, and pack products.

+ Follow SOPs and production schedules for accurate order fulfillment.

+ Inspect inbound shipments and report quality or inventory issues.

+ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with GMPs and SSOPs.

+ Complete required documentation using computer systems.

+ Report equipment or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.

+ Support other warehouse operations as needed and attend required trainings.

Essential Skills

+ Direct stand-up reach truck forklift experience.

+ 1+ year of picking/packing experience.

+ Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Additional Qualifications:

+ Proficiency with stand-up reach trucks, order picking, loading and unloading.

+ Receiving incoming products and RF scanner experience.

+ Inventory management skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Center, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
