Utilities Technician – 3rd Shift (12-Hour Schedule)

**Pay:** $40.00–$44.00/hr (based on experience) + $3 shift differential

**Location:** Longmont, CO (On-site)

**Schedule:** 2-2-3 rotating nights | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Join a large manufacturing facility seeking an experienced Utilities Technician to maintain and operate critical systems including boilers, chillers, ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, and wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and maintain utility systems and facility infrastructure

+ Monitor ammonia refrigeration systems and respond to alarms

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs using manuals and schematics

+ Maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years HVAC, combustion, and refrigeration experience

+ 5+ years mechanical/E&I/maintenance in manufacturing

+ Experience with ammonia systems, boilers, chillers preffered

+ Food manufacturing and regulatory compliance experience preferred
