Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in the Hampton Roads area. Our company specializes in servicing commercial rooftop units, chillers, and boilers for a variety of clients, including local schools and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues efficiently to ensure systems operate correctly.

+ Provide service and support for various commercial clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in HVAC, mechanical troubleshooting, and repair.

+ A strong background in construction and service work within the commercial HVAC sector.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 5-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC preferred.

+ Candidates with at least 3 years of experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong skills.

+ Certifications and licenses are a plus but not required.

Work Environment

Work a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with an on-call rotation every fifth week. Weekend work is rare but possible. Enjoy a professional setting where teamwork and quality service are prioritized.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
