    Job Title: Mold Technician -DIRECT HIRE!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Mold Technician to perform mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently and products meet quality standards. This role is critical to maintaining production flow and delivering high-quality results.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance

    + Adjust machines in response to Quality Assurance feedback to maintain proper sizes and standards

    + Oversee packaging procedures to ensure products meet specifications

    + Monitor production schedules and ensure machines meet customer demand

    + Respond quickly to alarms or requests to correct machine malfunctions and support Packer/Handler issues

    Requirements

    + Proficiency in plastic molding and injection mold processes

    + Experience with machine and mold setup

    + Knowledge of plastic injection techniques

    + Experience in maintenance and machining preferred

    Work Environment

    + 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, on a 2-2-3 schedule (work only 15 days per month)

    + Fast-paced manufacturing setting with emphasis on teamwork and precision

    This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.
