Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for using hand and power tools to complete various customer orders. Safety is a top priority, and a structured training program is in place to ensure your success. You will build metal brackets, operate machines to unwind copper wires, and wrap the wires around the brackets you create. We are seeking individuals who are mechanically inclined and have experience with hand and power tools, particularly those with recent experience using drills, wrenches, and tape measures.

Responsibilities

+ Use hand and power tools to complete customer orders.

+ Participate in a structured safety training program.

+ Build metal brackets and operate machinery to unwind copper wire.

+ Wrap copper wire around constructed metal brackets.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical aptitude

+ Experience using hand and power tools

+ Ability to perform basic math and read a ruler

+ High school diploma

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in lube tech or mechanic roles

+ Familiarity with coil winding and blueprint reading

+ Experience in mechanical assembly or assembly line work

Work Environment

The facility is very clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled, providing an optimal working environment. Employees are required to wear safety glasses and steel-toed shoes, ensuring safety at all times. The shift runs from 2 pm to 10 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of GERMANTOWN, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
