Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, making local delivery runs, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and box trucks, and be comfortable handling physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload trucks at the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts.

+ Complete two delivery runs daily:

+ **Morning:** Deliveries to local destinations (e.g., Miami, Vero Beach).

+ **Afternoon:** Reload truck and complete second delivery run.

+ Operate a 20-foot box truck with liftgate for palletized items.

+ Ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment at all times.

+ Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and work area.

Requirements

+ **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of local delivery experience.

+ 1+ year experience using pallet jacks and forklifts.

+ Previous experience in warehouse operations (loading/unloading trucks).

+ **Licensing:** Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record (no violations in the past 3 years).

+ **Physical:** Ability to move boxes up to 50 lbs.

+ **Skills:** Safe driving practices.

+ Customer service oriented.

+ Familiarity with route planning and delivery schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
