Job Description
Production Operators are entrusted with the vital task of overseeing machines that produce boxes for oil and tissue paper products. This role requires monitoring the machines, clearing paper jams, and hand stacking boxes onto load formers, ensuring smooth production processes.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor machines that produce boxes for oil and tissue paper products.
+ Clear paper jams from machines as they occur.
+ Hand stack boxes on load formers to maintain workflow.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production or manufacturing environments.
+ Ability to work in a high-temperature setting.
+ Entry-level position, welcoming candidates new to the industry.

Work Environment
This role is set in a manufacturing environment with three different shifts available: 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, and 3pm-11pm. The facility includes spot cooling areas to ensure comfort in high-temperature conditions. We are specifically looking to fill positions on the 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richland, MS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
