We are seeking Operations Administrative Assistants to support our organization.

     

    • Location:** **329 Bethel Avenue Aston, Pennsylvania 19014 United States

    Responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    • Supports general business operations through administrative duties in the office.

    • Assist in the communication to ensure all team members are aligned on the operational plan for the day.

    • Support team meetings, safety briefings and turnover meetings.

    Operations Support

    • Responsible for transporting work groups, in a shuttle van, throughout the operations.

    • Responsible for picking up employees for their appropriate meal breaks.

    • Supports operations testing, as needed, to ensure compliance with our safety policies and procedures.

    • Assist with the load plan, evaluating inbound outbound.

    • Enforces and upholds all ConGlobal rules, regulations & policies, as needed.

    Qualifications

    + Related administrative support experience

    + Open Availability Required

    + Good Typing skills

    + Candidate must be organized and detail oriented

    + Must demonstrate strong communication skills; both oral and written

    + Maintain accurate records of customers’ equipment inventory

    + Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Web Based Data systems

    + Strong Work Ethic

    + Eagerness to learn in an upbeat atmosphere

    + Eagerness to learn in an upbeat atmosphere

    + Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening

    + The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
