    Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

    The Digital & Marketing Coordinator supports the overall marketing operations, helping to deliver clear, engaging, and on-brand communications across digital and physical touchpoints. This role works closely with internal teams and client partners to keep information current, assist with daily marketing needs, and ensure a seamless experience for guests and employees. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable balancing both administrative and creative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and format on-site signage, menus, PIDs, and promotional materials

    • Update website content including menus, event calendars, and photography

    • Collaborate with clients to refresh and schedule content for building digital screens

    • Assist with scanning items into the POS and ensuring accurate product data entry

    • Update and maintain all POS content, including pricing, descriptions, and modifiers

    • Provide on-site support for events, activations, and employee engagement efforts

    • Maintain promotional inventory and oversee fulfillment when needed

    • Support the implementation of new initiatives and assist with unit activations and program rollouts

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, hospitality marketing, or a related field

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and comfortable learning new systems

    • Strong familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, InDesign)

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset

    • High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
