    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman HVAC Technicians** for projects located in **Dallas, TX** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $35/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and coordinate timely solutions

    + Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project requirements

    + Assist with layout, installation, and hands-on field tasks as necessary to keep crews on track

    + Help organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring alignment of materials and tools

    Requirements

    + Extensive experience in a specific trade (e.g., Welding, Pipefitting, Carpentry, Electrical)

    + Strong understanding of jobsite processes, construction schedules, and quality expectations

    + Excellent communication and coordination skill

    + Ability to work independently while contributing to overall project success

    + Proven commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
