    Job Description

    General Purpose:

    Process butter into butter oil and into packagable form

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Help keep scrap butter melted down

    + Operates and sanitizes oil system as needed

    + Monitors employees assigned to rework

    + Keep self and equipment in a sanitary fashion

    + Communicate with supervisors and lead about the day’s plan as well as the next day’s plan of production

    + Understand CIP and oil process

    + Perform required function within SAP program

    + Adhere to all DFA Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

    + Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

    + Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity

    + Other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    _Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_

    + Ability to use commercial English, grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division as required
