Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality paints and coatings, is seeking a Production Operator - 5 to join their team. As a Production Operator - 5, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Operator - 5

**Location:** High Point, NC

Pay Range: $20-$21

**Shift:** 3rd shift - 10pm to 6:30am Sunday-Thursday

What's the Job?

+ Execute assigned production tasks in accordance with procedures to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost standards are met.

+ Take ownership of production assets, ensuring they are operated safely and according to established guidelines and industry best practices.

+ Perform daily production activities, including preventative maintenance, process data collection, and administration tasks.

+ Report safety, quality, or process issues promptly to supervisors and contribute to investigations and continuous improvement activities.

+ Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment, managing raw materials, and supporting various production tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

+ Machine operator experience a MUST

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Prior manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and other production equipment safely and effectively.

+ Strong attention to detail, measurement, and weighing skills for accurate production processes.

+ Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
