    Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Cabinet Line Utility on 2nd shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment, supporting the assembly and quality standards of high-quality cabinetry products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills, aligning well with the organization’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

    **Job Title:** Cabinet Line Utility - 2nd shift

    **Location:** East Berlin, PA

    Pay Range: $18

    **Shift:** 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist in maneuvering and handling packaged cabinets and accessories from skids onto pneumatic lift work tables

    + Inspect cabinets and accessories for damage, and perform minimal repairs if necessary

    + Prepare cabinet surfaces through hand scuffing to meet quality standards

    + Reassemble cabinets to ensure they meet high-quality standards before returning to customers

    + Learn and perform hand spray techniques with training provided based on motivation and reliability
