Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the paints and coatings industry, is seeking a Production Operator - 5 to join their team. As a Production Operator - 5, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and safety consciousness which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Operator - 5

**Location:** High Point, NC

Pay Range: $20-$21

**Shift:** 2nd shift 2pm to 10:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Execute assigned production tasks in accordance with procedures to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost standards are met.

+ Take ownership of production assets, operate them safely, and follow established procedures and industry best practices.

+ Perform daily production, preventative maintenance, process data collection, and administrative tasks as per control systems.

+ Report safety, quality, or process issues promptly to the Team Leader or Shift Supervisor.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement activities related to HSE, quality, and process efficiency.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Prior experience in manufacturing or paint production

+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines.

+ Ability to operate a forklift and pass certification if required.

+ Strong attention to detail, ability to measure and weigh accurately, and physical capability to handle containers up to 75 lbs.
