Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and processing, is seeking a dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator to join their team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be an integral part of the industrial operations team supporting production and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Heavy Equipment Operator

**Location:** East Berlin, PA

**Shift:** 1st shift, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the pellet mill and associated machinery.

+ Monitor ingredients to ensure the production of high-quality pellets.

+ Perform quality checks to meet company standards.

+ Operate bagging, sealing, stacking, and wrapping equipment efficiently.

+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and contribute to SOP improvements when necessary.

What's Needed?

+ Experience operating heavy equipment such as wheeled loaders and forklifts.

+ Valid driver’s license.

+ Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

+ Capability to lift and carry 40 lb bags occasionally.

+ Willingness to climb ladders and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing hearing, eye, breathing, and hand protection.
