Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Brand Ambassador positions in New York, NY.

Brand Ambassador: The Spirit of the Season & Business Partner!

Are you ready to bring the magic of fast, reliable delivery to the heart of a New York City Christmas Village, serving both enthusiastic shoppers and the hardworking small businesses they support?

Ambassadors will be split across 3 Christmas villages in NYC (Bryant Park, Union Square, Columbus Circle)

**Shift** : Monday-Sunday, 10AM-5PM.

**Pay** : $30/hr

Responsibilities:

Be the Face of Festive Delivery & Business Solutions:

- Shoppers: Welcome visitors, guide them on using the app to schedule a delivery for their village purchases, and ensure a seamless hand-off from vendor to courier.

- Vendors: Actively recruit and persuade small business owners to try our delivery service. Highlight the benefits of partnering with client and guide them through the simple initial sign-up and first order process.

- Provide Dual-Focus Support:

- Shoppers: Assist with app-related questions, payment processing, and resolving real-time questions about package handling.

- Vendors: Onboard and nurture new vendor relationships, providing quick support to ensure successful first deliveries and continued usage.

About You: The Perfect Elf & Entrepreneurial Helper

- Relationship Builder: You excel at engaging with both diverse shoppers and professional business owners, building trust and rapport quickly.

- Consultative Problem-Solver: You thrive on troubleshooting and finding immediate, helpful solutions for package logistics and also understanding and addressing vendor-specific operational needs.

Additional Requirements:

- Experience: At least one year in customer service, retail, event logistics, brand ambassador roles, or a role involving B2B sales or vendor relations/recruitment.

- Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors in varying winter weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and handling and lifting packages up to 40 pounds.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track and manage package hand-offs and maintain organized promotional materials, as well as manage vendor enrollment documentation.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
