    Oversee all aspects of a construction project, from estimation and bidding to project takeoff, schedule management, financial oversight, punch list completion, and final handover to the customer.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and supervise the entire lifecycle of construction projects.

    + Coordinate estimation, bidding, and takeoff processes.

    + Oversee project scheduling and ensure adherence to timelines.

    + Monitor financial health of projects, ensuring budget compliance.

    + Complete punch lists and facilitate project handover to customers.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 4 years of experience as a commercial construction project manager.

    + Experience working with a general contractor.

    + Proficiency in project management software.

    + Strong skills in estimation and business development.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in tenant improvement and build-out projects.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires working in-office each day, offering a flexible work schedule.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.68 - $64.90/hr.
