    Actalent Healthcare is seeking a back office medical assistant for our oncology clinic!

    Your Role:

    + Assist inpatient care tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical histories, with a focus ononcology and colon/rectal patients.

    + Support physicians and nurses with clinical duties, including administering injections, coordinating procedures, and assisting during specialized treatments.

    + Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

    + Collaborate with front office staff and medical teams to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.

    Schedule:

    + Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - No weekends!

    Qualifications:

    + Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience

    + Proficiency with Athena software

    + Ability to multitask in a busy office environment

    + Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required**

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockwall, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
