    Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Data Center Construction

    Job Description

    The Construction Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects, overseeing all phases from design through to Ready for Service (RFS). This role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contractor performance across multi-phase hyperscale builds. Collaboration with SMEs, Engineering, Security, IT, and Risk teams is essential to ensure compliance with established standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead full lifecycle delivery of data center construction projects from design to RFS.

    + Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contractor performance across multi-phase builds.

    + Ensure compliance with established standards through collaboration with SMEs and various teams.

    + Drive performance pillars: safety, quality assurance, schedule adherence, and cost control.

    + Oversee commissioning, testing, turnover documentation, and operational readiness processes.

    + Provide construction feasibility assessments during site selection and infrastructure planning.

    + Strengthen cross-functional alignment with ITIM and regional delivery teams.

    + Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and operational excellence across all project partners.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-7 years of experience in managing construction projects

    + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

    + Proficiency in MSFT products

    + Savvy with data center construction milestones

    + Local experience preferred

    This is a Contract position based out of Fayetteville, GA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $54.00 - $64.00/hr.
