MAINTENANCE TECH OPENING $32-$35/HR-----1ST SHIFT!

We are seeking a skilled Operating Engineer to maintain and

ensure the smooth operation of a 27-floor commercial building. This role

focuses on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, HVAC,

electrical, and plumbing systems, while ensuring compliance with safety

standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC

systems, air handlers, chillers, and plumbing.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and

mechanical systems.

Compile and submit monthly operational reports

to building management.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory

standards.

Work overtime and remain on call as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ **Universal EPA Certification.**

+ **Licenses or permits for specific trades.**

+ **Apprentice or Journeyman status or similar combination of education and experience.**

Work Environment

The work schedule is primarily on the first shift, either 6 AM to 3 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM. Additionally, there is an on-call requirement for one week per month.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
