What You’ll Do

+ Answer inbound calls + support customers

+ Follow up on open estimates (no sales pressure)

+ Book jobs and update records in ServiceTitan (we train you)

+ Keep the office organized and running smoothly

+ Support dispatching, scheduling, and daily workflows

+ Send review links + assist with simple marketing tasks

+ Communicate clearly with customers and technicians

Requirements

+ 1+ year admin, CSR, receptionist, or office experience

+ Strong communicator, comfortable on phones

+ Full-time, in-office availability (Celina)

+ Reliable, organized, and proactive
