OLV Human Services is expanding our Outpatient Mental Health services to a satellite location in Genesee County and we are looking for caring and dedicated professionals to join our team.     Candidates must have a Master's in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and hold one of the following NYS professional licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or LMHC-P.

    Salary Range: $58,458 - $65,000/per year.

    Job Summary:

    Clinical Therapists are responsible for providing high quality support and services for the children and others we serve. They utilize effective communication and interaction skills with students, children, families and others to promote success and help those we serve achieve the highest possible quality of life.

    Essential Job Duties:

    1. Provide individual counseling and crisis counseling as needed

    2. Provide family sessions and family contact as appropriate

    3. Complete required paperwork (all client contacts, progress notes, tx plans and reviews)

    4. Case management and coordination with other service providers and families

    5. Crisis Management

    Education Required:

    - Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

    Experience Required:

    - At least 1 year of experience working with children and families in a Social Work or Mental Health setting. This may include an internship.

    License/Certification Requirements:

    - Must have one of the following NYS Licensure: LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMHC-P
