Job Overview

Machine Operators needed in Cuba City WI – All shifts

1st Shift: 7am-3pm $16.50/hr.

2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm $17.50/hr.

3rd Shift: 11pm-7am $17.50/hr.

Summary:

+ A local Cuba City company is seeking machine operators to join their production team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor equipment to ensure consistent high-quality parts that meet established production goals and customer specifications. You will be responsible for inspecting finished products, performing rework when necessary, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor injection molding machines

+ Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards

+ Load molds with inserts, remove parts, and trim flash or gates as required

+ Conduct minor assembly, sorting, drilling, or gauging tasks based on production needs

+ Maintain accurate counts and follow work instructions and safety procedures

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred

+ Basic math and measurement skills

+ Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
