    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Marine** **Crane Operators** for projects located in and around **Oakland, CA** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **up to $40** **/hour** based on experience plus **$150/Per Diem** to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.     Job Scope:

    + Operate ship-to-shore gantry cranes or yard cranes to safely lift, move, and position cargo containers between ships, trucks, and storage areas, following terminal procedures and safety standards

    + Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of cranes and related equipment

    + Report any mechanical issues, defects, or malfunctions to maintenance personnel to ensure continuous and safe operations

    + Communicate effectively via radio and visual signals with signalers, stevedores, and vessel crews

    + Align movements to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent collisions or damage during loading and unloading operations

    + Other tasks as assigned
