We are seeking a **Temporary Production Support Associate** to assist our Medina, OH team with essential shop floor activities. This role is critical to maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the assembly and shipment of Chart products. This temporary position will last approximately 3 months.

_What Will You Do?_

+ Clean disassembled parts to maintain quality standards

+ Paint inspected parts as directed

+ Assist in assembling rotors and bearings using hand tools

+ Organize and maintain cleanliness of the production floor

+ Assemble crates for packaging

+ Package completed parts for shipment preparation

+ Move parts across the shop floor (tow motor certification required)

_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_

+ Environmental and safety-focused mindset

+ Ability to operate hand tools safely

+ Tow motor certification preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Physical capability to lift and move parts as needed

_Your Experience Should Be..._

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

+ Strong communication and organizational skills
