Key Objectives
As a Member Service Representative, your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to members. You will serve as a key point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting members through various service channels.
Responsibilities
+ Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
+ Assist members with account management, product information, and service requests.
+ Identify and resolve member issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.

Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Proven experience in customer service, member relations, or a related field.
