    + Adapt to changing processes and technologies to support continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities

    + Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls and messages.

    + Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.

    + Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

    + Follow established protocols for handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

    + Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.

    + Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and policies.

    + Support a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork and respect.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

    + Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related role preferred.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    + Comfortable using computers and learning new software applications.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.

    + Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote agents.
