Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and operating capping machines in a GMP environment. You will operate vial cappers, unload products from lyophilizers, and manage the liquid fill line. Additionally, you will prepare equipment and components for sterilization and ensure all processes adhere to standard operating procedures. While previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing position is preferred, candidates from the food or plastic industries typically work out here as well!
Essential Skills
+ 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.
+ Experience in assembly, cleanroom environments, and medical device troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in production, packaging, and labeling processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ GMP experience is a plus.

Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay
Work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Pay begins at $22-24/hr, based upon experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.

they heavily promote from within, almost all of the employees are converted, the supervisors started off as a temp employee, became a lead and then supervisor, pizza is brought onsite, Halloween parties, holiday party is scheduled, fun events are scheduled onsite, growing a lot locally, many opportunities are coming down the road. people are able to move to different departments to grow their skills
