Aerotek is hiring for a Maintenance Technician with WEEKLY pay AND overtime!

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in motor controls, industrial 3-phase power, and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with conveyor systems and welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance for facilities, material handling equipment, conveyors, electrical and mechanical equipment.

+ Troubleshoot motor controls, PLCs, and 3-phase power issues.

+ Act as the primary maintenance support, addressing all breakdowns and preventative maintenance needs.

+ Conduct general handyman tasks, such as changing lights and other necessary repairs.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Experience with motor controls and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Ability to troubleshoot industrial 3-phase power issues.

+ Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with conveyor systems is a significant advantage.

+ Welding and mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Work Environment

Work is conducted at local facilities, including Greensburg, Oil City, Neville, and Altoona. The schedule typically involves four 10-hour days with maintenance tasks performed between 2-8 am and 3-10 pm. Employees have building access from 8 am-4 pm and are compensated for travel time between sites.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
