Job Title: 1st Shift - Forklift Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator on the 1st shift. In this role, you will engage in various warehouse tasks including picking and packing, repacking, auditing orders, and scanning barcodes into our system using RF scanners. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and stacking pallets onto racks. Additionally, you will operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Responsibilities

+ Pick and pack items accurately.

+ Repack and audit orders for accuracy.

+ Scan barcodes using RF scanners.

+ Load and unload trucks efficiently.

+ Stack pallets onto racks.

+ Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience (reach truck).

+ Proficiency in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

+ Experience in picking and packing.

+ Ability to use RF scanners effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.

Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday at $20/hr

You will work in a normal warehouse environment that is very clean and housed in a new facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
