    Job Description Summary:

    To perform complex and independent routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, but not limited to condensors, pumps, motors, coils, fans, and blowers, filters, boilers, cooling towers and relateed ancillary equipment.

     

    To assist other technicians in the HVAC departmentin the performance of preventative maintenance and repairs on all components of the HVAC system.
