Hormel Foods – Team Leader (Production Supervisor)

Shift: 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM; extended hours and weekends may be required)

Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage team members to achieve production and quality goals.

+ Ensure resources (materials, equipment, staffing) are available to meet production schedules.

+ Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.

+ Foster an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve business results.

+ Spend approximately 80% of your shift on the production floor.

Qualifications

Required:

+ 1+ year in a leadership role (shift lead, supervisor, assistant manager) OR an Associate’s degree.

+ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

+ Must be 18 years of age or older

Training

+ Six weeks of hands-on training before department assignment.

+ Virtual new employee orientation covering company knowledge, product knowledge, and leadership skills.

+ Six-month operational training program while on the job.

Work Environment

+ Position requires working in temperatures below 40°F.

Compensation & Benefits

+ Base Pay: $60,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and location).
