    Overview:The Multivac Operator is responsible for all Production related duties for setting up the roll stock tools and monitoring performance to maximize production efficiency and throughput.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    + Installing/changing rolls of film (forming and non-forming)

    + Monitoring and correcting film tracking

    + Performing tooling changeovers

    + Responding to leakers, working with Maintenance to identify root cause and appropriate corrective action

    + Performs daily film inventory

    + Performing film changeovers

    + Monitoring meat block accuracy

    + Monitors conveyor speeds to match tool speed

    + Works with department Leads and Supervisor to coordinate changeovers and staffing rotation to minimize impacts

    + Communicate well with other team members.

    + Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.

    + Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Plant Rules and Policies.

    + Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.

    + Responsible for keeping work area clean.

    + Other duties may be assigned.

    •Qualifications:

    + Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

    + Must have no write up in the previous 12 months

    + Must be in current position at least 6 months

    + Must have less than 7 points
